A Lawyer graduated from Universidad Metropolitana (Law Degree, 2013).

In March 2006 he started an internship at Baker & Mckenzie, Caracas, for six months, working in the Intellectual Property and Litigation Departments. Later, in April 2009 he joined Econoinvest Casa de Bolsa until October, as Legal Assistant in the Legal Department, focused basically in the drafting of contracts. In November 2009 he joined Colmenares Trivella Carballo & Asociados as a Legal Assistant and since 2013 he is an Associate in the Intellectual Property and Foreign Investments Department of The firm.

His practice focuses mainly on the permanent attention of the administrative proceedings for the protection and tracking of his clients’ trademarks, as well as the defense of their intellectual property rights. Likewise, he advises clients on Corporate Law matters, especially in the negotiation and drafting of distribution contracts for the consumer goods sector, as well as service agreements for the medical and healthcare industry. Additionally, he assists local and foreign clients on the market of art work and collectible pieces.
