We provide advice on health and security at work towards the compliance with the Venezuelan legislation (i.e., Ley Orgánica de Prevención Condiciones y Medio Ambiente de Trabajo and the regulations issued by the National Institute of Prevention, Health and Security at Work, INPSASEL).
We provide counseling on Social Security issues.
We provide conciliation services in labor matters, aimed at attaining –in case of individual or collective conflicts- satisfactory agreements between the parties.
We provide immediate assistance in case of inspections by the relevant labor authorities: IVSS, INPSASEL, INCES and the Labor Inspectors.
