The law firm Colmenares, Trivella, Carballo & Asociados (“CTCA”) established in 2006, is the result of the dissolution of two previous firms: Klahr, Colmenares & Trivella (formerly Matthies, Klahr, Zighelboim, Colmenares & Trivella), founded in 1976; and Imery, Trivella, Urdaneta & Alvarez, established in 1997.
Current partners Marco Colmenares, Juan Carlos Trivella, Mario Eduardo Trivella and César Augusto Carballo Mena decided to join efforts in order to provide specialized legal services for the contentment of their clients.
The firm results from the association of professionals who had the need to create an institution to provide comprehensive and competent legal advice for the protection of the rights and interests of its clients. For this purpose, at CTCA we rely on a team of professionals and paralegals trained in diverse areas of private law such as Litigation, Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, Labor Law and Social Security, Corporate Law, Taxation Law, Administrative Law and Intellectual Property. For other legal fields such as Criminal Law, we have established important strategic alliances that allow us to build highly qualified teams for the defense of our clients in such matters.
Some of our members complement their professional practice with teaching activities in the most prestigious universities of our country, leading core courses in diverse areas of law.
We are members of different national and international organizations, and constantly participate in forums, workshops, conferences, encounters, symposiums and other law related matters.
At CTCA, we like to bring integral solutions from both the legal and the business points of view. In every work we push hardly to find valid and effective answers for our clients. Tradition of service, professionalism, loyalty and the success of our clients is our rationale.
